Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Pro Refit or Vanilla Post ISO
  • 1 tbsp Butterscotch (Fat Free/Sugar Free) Jello Pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tbsp Splenda brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl
  2. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours for Jello pudding to thicken
  3. Pull that bad boy out and devour it!
