Shipping Policy

Here at UXO Supplements we take pride in making sure that each and every customer has a positive experience. Customers can order with confidence and peace-of-mind knowing that your money will never be wasted on a product that is sub-par. If you feel that the results of your supplements are insufficient, please contact us and we will make sure that the situation is remedied quickly and fairly.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed to ship Monday through Friday. They are shipped via USPS or UPS and International orders are shipped with DHL or UPS.

Once you receive your tracking information, it can take 24 - 48 business hours for the tracking to update in the shipping partner's tracking system.

We strive to uphold the highest levels of quality customer service. It is our ultimate goal at UXO to create life-long customers and we will do everything in our power to ensure that your experience with us is one that makes you want to shop with us again and again.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Our standard processing time is within 1 business day for all items that are in stock. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times. Depending on the amount of orders that we receive over the weekend will also possibly delay your processing time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. Holidays. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items.

 

CANCELLATIONS AFTER ORDER

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee a request to cancel. If a cancellation is requested after an order is placed, we will make every effort to ensure the shipping team tries to halt the package, allowing a cancellation to be processed. If we cannot process the cancellation in time, the customer has the option to return the items after receiving them. However, shipping on the return package must be paid for by the customer. UXO Supplements is not responsible for reimbursement of this charge. 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the package will in most cases be returned to sender. In this case UXO will reship the product to the corrected address at the expense of the customer. If it is a postal service mistake, the package will be resent and UXO will work with USPS to recoup the additional shipping charge. 

UPS SHIPPING

UPS shipping takes anywhere between 5-7 days to receive.

 

PRIORITY SHIPPING

From USPS.com: 

All priority shipping has an expected delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on the origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

All free shipping offers are only available to US Residents. Price of international shipping is calculated by the shipping provider. There may be additional time to receive the products due to Customs involvement. 
Free shipping offers based on a purchase limit are evaluated by the order subtotal. Shipping fees and taxes cannot be added to this purchase limit for free products or shipping. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.

If, by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost less shipping.

We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders' progress through the mail system.

We do not have a reship policy. We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.

Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue the refund.

If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less shipping.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

While not necessary, purchasing shipping insurance is always a good idea. UXO Supplements is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once the products have left our facilities. With the shipping insurance, UXO will help file the claims to either: get you a reimbursement or replacement product when these things occur.
