Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Regular Oats
- 1 scoop of Pro Refit or Post ISO (Chocolate Flavor)
- 1 tbsp. fat free chocolate Jello Pudding Mix
- 1/4 cup Pure Pumpkin
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a container
- Place in fridge to allow jello to thicken and activate
- retrieve after 4 hours and consume
