  • 1/3 Cup of wheat flour
  • 1 Scoop of Cinnamon Swirl Pro Refit Protein
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder


  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Stove to medium Heat
  3. Cook pancakes until edges begin to bubble- flip
  4. Cook until done
  5. Serve with sugar free syrup or sugar free whipped topping.
