100% Isolate has gone through more filtering taking out majoirty of the lactose and fructose. Yielding it with a much higher protein content. They are perfect for individuals on a very strict macro plan or in a caloric deficit.
Blend proteins will have fructose and lactose, and usually a bit more carbs, and fats. They tend to be creamier and can taste a little bit better. They are also known to cause GI distress.
It is up to you. Protein timing does not necessarily mean as much as getting your total protein content in each day. So having a goal of lets say 220g of protein and ensuring you hit that before you go to bed each night.

Using this product now for a few months now and have noticed the difference using it.
