WHAT YOU NEED . . .
- 2 scoops of PRO REFIT CINNAMON SWIRL PROTEIN
- 1 cup oat flour
- Pinch of Cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup liquid egg white
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- Whatever topping you choose . . . Chocolate, apple slices, bananas, blueberry, etc.
HOW TO MAKE
Step 1: Mix flour, baking powder, PRO REFIT CINNAMON SWIRL PROTEIN, and cinnamon. Blend together
Step 2: Form batter by adding egg whites and yogurt. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 3: Get your trusty skillet, use coconut oil or spray to avoid pancakes from sticking.
Step 4: Pour in to desired pancake size. Cook until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook the other side for several minutes longer.
Step 5: Add topping of choice . . . Enjoy.
