CINNAMON PANCAKES

Pancakes are a great way for you to meet your macros while having a little bit of indulgence. You can make your own protein-packed pancakes and feel less guilty about the choice . . . No need to sacrifice the progress you have been making in your gains.  

Give this recipe a try, and I assure you, it will not disappoint. 

WHAT YOU NEED . . . 

  • 2 scoops of PRO REFIT CINNAMON SWIRL PROTEIN
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • Pinch of Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup liquid egg white
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Whatever topping you choose . . . Chocolate, apple slices, bananas, blueberry, etc. 

HOW TO MAKE

Step 1: Mix flour, baking powder, PRO REFIT CINNAMON SWIRL PROTEINand cinnamon. Blend together

Step 2: Form batter by adding egg whites and yogurt. Mix all ingredients together. 

Step 3: Get your trusty skillet, use coconut oil or spray to avoid pancakes from sticking. 

Step 4: Pour in to desired pancake size. Cook until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook the other side for several minutes longer. 

Step 5: Add topping of choice . . . Enjoy.
