UXO Salted Caramel Fudge . . . Delicious and macro friendly!!!

  • Measure 32g of UXO Protein and set aside
  • Measure out 9oz of White Chocolate chips
  • Microwave chocolate for 1 min. followed by 15 sec intervals until melted. 
  • Immediately mix in protein 
  • Add .5 tsp of Vanilla extract
  • Fold and mix the ingredients
  • Pour into a pan with parchment paper
  • Add 1 tbls of Natural Peanut butter as topping
  • Add a dash of Sea Salt 10) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Cut and serve
