Jenna goes through a simplistic recipe to help you hit the macros while fulfilling your nighttime cravings.

Birthday Cake Cookie Dough:

*Vanilla Cream Pro Refit (1 scoop)

*Coconut Flour (3 tablespoons)

*Almond Milk (1/4 cup)

*Sprinkles (as much or as little as you want)

Mix together and serve.


Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough:

*Vanilla Cream Pro Refit (1 scoop)

*PB Fit powdered Peanut butter (2 tbsp)

*Almond Milk (2 tbsp)

*Coconut Flour (2 tbsp)

*Unsweetened Apple Sauce (2 tbsp)

*1 serving dark chocolate chips

Mix together and serve. Enjoy!!
