Coming at you with another Home workout video. Jon Klipstein CEO of UXO Supplements takes you through a simple yet challenging back workout at the park utilizing bands for resistance. Don't let being cooped up inside your house become an excuse as to why you cannot work out. Think outside the box for weight and force yourself to get after it.

Program:

SEND IT Pre: 30-45 minutes prior

Pull Ups: 3 Sets of 12 to 15

Scapula Retractions: 3 sets of 12 to 15

Face Pulls: 3 sets of 12 to 15

Double Arm Bent Over Rows: 3 sets of 12 to 15

Single Arm Bent Over Rows: 3 sets of 12 to 15

Straight Arm Pull Downs: 3 sets of 12 to 15

Rear Delt Flys: 3 sets of 12 to 15

Bent Over Rear Flys: 3 sets of 12 to 15

Pro Refit: within 30 minutes of completing a workout.
