No, Ghillie Greens is not meant to replace vegetables, but to cover the gap for nutrients you are not fully getting. Like with all dietary supplements, they are not here to replace your diet, but supplement it.
Take 1 scoop daily. I like to take it first thing in the morning to set the tone for the rest of the day. A noticeable difference in the way I feel on days I take it.
