WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the products you order and your experience with UXO Supplements. We stand behind our products with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of our products, for any reason, it can be returned for a FULL REFUND (minus shipping costs).

If you request a refund for returned products, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was initially charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by UXO Supplements. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive a full refund.

If you would like to return an unopened product for any reason, we can either issue a refund to your method of payment, or we can setup an exchange for another product located in our store at similar pricing. The refund issued or exchange of product is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.

If a product you receive is damaged during delivery, arrives after its expiration date, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. and E.U. customers to retrieve the item.

If a clothing item doesn’t fit properly, we’ll gladly issue an exchange for a different size, but must charge for the new shipping fee and the return shipping cost.

If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, or if the item was purchased as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.

When returning an item, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information to help ensure its safe arrival. We apologize, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.

Once we have received the product and the return has been processed, we can issue the refund or process the in store exchange. You will be contacted by a UXO Supplements member upon receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. Purchases made at a third party retailer are handled on an individual basis.Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are dropped off by a customer at our physical locations.
RETURN FULFILLMENT
Orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours for delivery 2-4 business days after the order is placed, depending on your location. A physical street address and a phone number are required for all shipments.

Domestic & European Union Customers
We provide return shipping labels for products that were shipped incorrectly (i.e., wrong item delivered), defective or damaged items, products that arrive after the expiration date, or any item that caused an adverse reaction (e.g., vomiting or severe headaches). Sorry, but we cannot issue return labels for issues with taste or lack of results from a product, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning these items.

International Customers
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the United States. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our Customer Service department at “customerservice@uxosupplements.com”. We’d love to help you, please allow up to 24 hours for response.

*All returns are subject to approval and it is the sole discretion of UXO Supplements LLC to determine if a return qualifies for a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY AND REFUNDS

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items.You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7 flat rate shipping to USA and  $13 flat rate shipping to APO addresses.

Additional shipping insurance

While not necessary, purchasing shipping insurance is always a good idea. UXO Supplements is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once the products have left our facilities. With the shipping insurance, UXO will help file the claims to either: get you a reimbursement or replacement product when these things occur.

We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee a request to cancel. If a cancellation is requested after an order is placed, we will make every effort to ensure the shipping team tries to halt the package, allowing a cancellation to be processed. If we cannot process the cancellation in time, the customer has the option to return the items after receiving them. However, shipping on the return package must be paid for by the customer. UXO Supplements is not responsible for reimbursement of this charge. 

Refunds Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gemthemes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Incorrect Shipping Information Provided

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the package will in most cases be returned to sender. In this case UXO will reship the product to the corrected address at the expense of the customer. If it is a postal service mistake, the package will be resent and UXO will work with USPS to recoup the additional shipping charge.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on our 'limited time flash deal' (Main Campaign page) with the minimum amount purchased (usually around $100 unless otherwise stated). Daily 'limited time flash deal' offers can not be combined with any other offers from any other page. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any out of stock items, it may cause a small delay to coordinate with the customer on how to proceed. 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:

What are your shipping costs?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast you want it to get there. Priority expedited shipping comes at a premium cost. We do offer flat rate shipping within the Continental U.S. for $7.25.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address. Sometimes, we will be unable to make any change after the order has been submitted.
