I have been a fitness enthusiast, transforming my body along the way. I have competed in long distance running, competitive 10k races, spartan races, bodybuilding, crossfit, powerlifting, and now the 2021 Strongman Corporation Lightweight National Champion. I have had to get my body stage lean, prep my body for endurance training, and then stack on more size to dominate the competition in strongman events.

The goal of this trainer is to gain strength. Become as strong as possible without adding a bunch of unnecessary weight. We combine the strength aspect with building explosive power and lean muscle mass. I will focus on the basics of nutrition with example meals I eat daily to be competition ready.  You will also get my recommendations on supplements.

 

As for the workout . . . We outlines my daily program to include strength, cardio, and event training. This will vary depending on what show you are competing in and the selected events they have predetermined. What do you have to lose? What do you have to gain? The program is FREE, give it a go!!
