Ruck Training and Heavy Lifting aren't that hard if you do it right. Prepping for our 3 day 100-mile ruck has proven to be challenging with changing my diet around and balancing strength training with endurance training. We probably would have hit under 3 hours if we hadn't stopped so many times. Exciting news!! We have launched our Blueberry Cobbler Protein which is hands down, the best protein I have ever taken.
