Season 1 Vlog 8 Endurance and Strength Training. As we prep for the 3 day 100 mile ruck, we continue strength training to avoid muscle loss. As for the ruck . . . We have increased to almost 8 miles and will continue to add more mileage, weight, and speed to prime the body.
