QUARANTINE CHEST WORKOUT

Jon Klipstein takes you through his home Chest workout . . . Recommend going online and looking for some decent workout bands you can purchase to optimize your chest results if you don't have free weights available. This program is an 8 exercise workout with 3 sets of each between 12-15 sets, and to failure on the exercises not requiring bands. Give it a shot and leave your comments below!!

THE PROGRAM

  • Incline Chest Press (Bands) 3 sets 12-15 reps / 60 sec. rest
  • Laying Down Chest Flys (Bands) 3 sets 12-15 reps / 60 sec. rest
  • Decline Chest Press - 3 sets to failure / 60 sec. rest
  • Staggered Hand Pushups - 3 sets to failure / 60 sec. rest
  • Single Arm Crossover (Bands) 3 sets 12-15 reps / 60 sec. rest
  • Double Arm Chest Raise (Bands) 3 sets 12-15 / 60 sec. rest
  • Regular Push Ups 3 sets to Failure / 60 sec. rest
  • Finish with Resistance Push Ups (Bands) 3 sets 12-15 reps / 60 sec. rest
