Coming at you with another Home workout video. Chet Nichols (IFBB Pro and NPC Judge) takes you through a simple yet challenging home leg workout to strengthen the base. Don't let being cooped up inside your house become an excuse as to why you cannot work out. Think outside the box for weight and force yourself to get after it.

Program:

SEND IT Pre: 30-45 minutes prior

Single Leg Step Ups: 3 sets (12-15)

Hamstring Resistance Falls: 3 sets (12-15)

Hamstring Raises: 3 sets (12-15)

Weighted Squats: 3 sets (12-15)

Pro Refit: within 30 minutes of completing a workout.
